Hi, I'm Chelsea!

It's lovely that you're here

I'm a mom of 3, living in New Jersey. I've spent most of my adult life working in healthcare after earning my certificate in medical billing & coding along with my Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration. I've worked in behavioral health, radiology, engineering & now with Naturopathic physicians and wellness coaches!

I started The Chelsea Co 4 years ago, while expecting my 3rd baby, because I realized that most providers were stuck doing the things that didn't grow their businesses. I wanted to support the businesses I love while still being a present Mom!

My zone of genius is...

Operational Support

My style of support lives at the crossroad of strategy and care — the place where systems meet soul. I think three steps ahead, move quietly in the background, and handle things before you even know they needed handling.

Project management, team oversight, systems and automations, compliance, admin, reporting — I don't just do these things, I build them in a way that makes your whole practice or coaching business feel effortless. And while the backend runs like clockwork, what your clients experience is something different entirely: a warm, grounded clinic that feels like it was made just for them.

That's not an accident - that's me!

I've spent my career learning how to hold the operational weight of a practice so the people running it never have to feel it. I'm the person who catches what slips through the cracks, who builds the system that prevents the cracks from forming in the first place, and who shows up every single day with the kind of quiet confidence that makes everyone around me feel like things are handled - because they are.
